Shipping Policy

Shipping & Order Processing: All items are carefully prepared and packed by hand.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Limited or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, which will be clearly noted before purchase.

Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking: Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns: Due to the nature of limited-run and handmade items, returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mgmt@christopherdaus.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Original packaging must be included

Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval

Non-Returnable Items:

Made-to-order or custom pieces

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Sale items

Exchanges: If you would like to request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
